Participation in Pavement Pounder Events is voluntary and at your own risk. All drivers must have valid licenses, insurance, and roadworthy vehicles. Pavement Pounder Events is not responsible for you, your actions, your vehicle, your property, or your parking or driving citations.
We reserve the right to deny registration or continued participation in the event to any person at any time, at our sole discretion.
2. Registration & Fees
All registration fees are non-refundable. However, if you’re unable to attend, you may request a credit toward a future event as outlined in our Refund Policy. Requests must be submitted before the first day of the event.
3. Event Changes & Cancellations
Pavement Pounder Events reserves the right to modify or cancel any event for any reason, including but not limited to weather, road conditions, or public safety concerns. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate updates in a timely manner.
4. Code of Conduct
We aim to foster a respectful, inclusive, and enjoyable community. Harassment, reckless behavior, or illegal activity may result in removal from the event without refund or credit.
5. Media Release
By attending our events, you consent to the use of your image, likeness, and/or vehicle in photographs, video, and other media captured during the event for promotional purposes by Pavement Pounder Events and its sponsors.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, graphics, photos, and text, is the property of Pavement Pounder Events and may not be reproduced without written permission.
