Centerforce Clutch Kit Giveaway – Official Rules
1. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor and its affiliates are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter
All individuals who register for the Motor City to Wheel Hub Live Pavement Pounder Events driving event are automatically entered into the giveaway. Limit one entry per registered participant.
3. Prize
One (1) Centerforce Clutch Kit (excluding Dyad and Triad product lines). Winner can choose from Centerforce I, Centerforce II, Dual-Friction and multi-disc SST clutch kits. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,299-$2,062 USD, depending on the specific kit. Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. No substitutions or cash alternatives are permitted.
All federal, state, and local taxes, as well as any costs associated with installation, shipping, or use of the prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
4. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries. The drawing will be conducted by Pavement Pounder Events on or about a date to be determined. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
5. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified using the contact information provided during event registration. The winner does not need to be present to win. Failure to respond within 10 business days may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.
6. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Pavement Pounder Events, which are final. Pavement Pounder Eventsreserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Pavement Pounder Events’ reasonable control impairs the integrity of the promotion.
7. Liability Release
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Pavement Pounder Events, Centerforce Clutches and affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize.
